In this project, we decided to develop a proposal with maximum of 2 pages where to choose an aspect of food culture within the Puduraya area. I have selected the theme of food plating which is observing and analyse the management toward the arrangement of food on a plate on different type of restaurant no matter outdoor or indoor area. The beginning of this project is to allow us to understand on what we going to make a analysis before we visit to the selected area.

Assignment Part 2 ‘Experience & Capture
After the research proposal, we decided to undertake a study tour in the selected area which is Pudu area and make a documentation in a group of four members.We are required to take the theme related to our topics of videos and pictures that are useful for us to move forward to Part 3 assignment. We have tried a lot of food and observed the food preparation, environment and plating as it is the process of ingredients turning into a food. We have walk around the Site 2 of Pudu area where include the ICC Pudu and Wet market area. This part of assignment is to help in collecting the data of our analysis topic and develop more specifically.

Assignment Part 3 Interpretation & Analysis
Coming to the final part of assignment where to translate the research study topic into a visual presentation. I have make the research analysis into magazine style which is quite suitable to my food plating topic. I have analyse and interpret the documentation that had gathered in the study tour which stick to the research topic on Part 1. I have collect the pictures coming from two restaurant that provide the famous food of nasi lemak which is in indoor and outdoor style. For the overall assignment, I have learnt on understanding the process of analyse a research topic and taking a tour for site observation and translating into the visual style form which it is quite enjoy to design it.
